Overview
There are moments when life suddenly becomes simple.
Attention gathers, effort softens, and we find ourselves fully present — calm, precise, without trying.
And then, just as quietly, we fall out of it.
Centering cannot be forced or reproduced.
It is not control, but a state of balance and spaciousness — a still point from which movement organizes itself naturally.
When this inner reference is present, life is met one step at a time.
When it is absent, even simple things can feel overwhelming.
This retreat is an invitation to rediscover that inner point, as a lived, embodied experience.
Focus of the Retreat
This retreat explores the energetic balance of a specific centre in the nervous system connected with:
- memory
- emotional regulation
- inner stillness
- the meeting of spiritual depth and everyday life
When this centre is disturbed, we may feel scattered, reactive, or easily overwhelmed.
When balance is restored, qualities such as:
centredness · serenity · spontaneity · graceful presence · quiet strength
begin to emerge naturally.
The Work
The retreat unfolds through Tibetan Pulsing bodywork — a tantric, meditative approach that works directly on the nervous system.
Through specific partner-based techniques, accumulated charge is released, allowing awareness, calmness, and centred presence to re-emerge.
This work comes from the right-hand tantric tradition, where energy is directed inward for healing and transformation.

- feel easily overwhelmed or “off-centre”
- notice tension around memory or emotional reactivity
- seek calmness without suppression
