The New Mind Waves

The New Mind is a seven-step journey through the nervous system — dissolving fear, releasing charge, and awakening a new dimension of presence and freedom.

The New Mind goes beyond surface healing

By working the nerves where they leave the skull, this work generates a bioelectrical current far stronger than on the skin — reaching the hara, heart, and brain, the three centers of our being.

This process dissolves deep imprints of fear, belief and identification formed in early life and adolescence as well as enhancing sensitivity, communication and releasing the ego charge, while allowing freedom from past and future, balancing impression and expression and living from our authentic being.

The New Mind can be approached in two ways:

For the New Mind as part of the Four Pillars of Training, see The New Mind Waves — Four Pillars

The Seven Steps

The New Mind unfolds through seven steps of the nervous system. Each step mirrors a stage of life that every human being passes through: from conception and birth, to survival, self-destruction, and ultimately the possibility of transformation into higher states of being.

Every organ circuit reflects this seven-step pattern.

Through the New Mind Waves, we travel through these stages, releasing illusions, fears and identifications and embodying sensitivity, communication, and finally dissolving separate identity.

Survival

Total dependence on the outside (infancy, the first years of life).

Conformity

Entering the receptive, wave-like aspect of the nervous system.

Self importance/Polarisation

puberty and the rising of sexual energy, identifying as man or woman.

Integration

Establishing a role in society: work, family, and status.

Self-denial / Disillusionment

Realizing comfort is not fulfillment, denying the self, living “business as usual.”

Self-destruction / Crisis & Breakdown

The Zen stick: loss, illness, accidents, divorce, or collapse shattering our constructed reality. A blessed moment when ego defenses are ready to fall.

Transformation

Letting go, dropping personality structures, and allowing heart and spirit to lead. Allowing life to flower — possibly blooming into its full potential.

The Work

The New Mind goes beyond healing into the alchemy of transformation. It is an exact inner science — requiring dedication and presence — where fear, charge, and ego dissolve, leaving the nervous system open, without charges, and receptive to truth. As the Masters remind us:

“It is not enough to dream or wait. Awareness must be lived moment to moment — otherwise the wolf of ego’s negativity can devour the lamb of our positive side.”
