About the Training

The Four Pillars form the core training of Tibetan Pulsing — from first immersion and personal healing, to refinement, to radical transformation, to mastery

A structured training that begins with direct experience, deepens into refinement, expands through the New Mind Waves, and culminates in the Teacher Training.

They can be approached individually for self-healing, or as a progressive journey for those called to teach and transmit Tibetan Pulsing.

Each pillar represents a stage of learning and transformation.

The Intensive

The fundamental entry into Tibetan Pulsing, where participants experience the core bodywork and the fundamental understanding of the eye reading during the four-year cycle. Beyond being the foundation of training, it is also a complete self-healing process on its own.

The Refinement Module

A 7-day advanced process that revisits the Intensive work with greater awareness and precision. Here, participants receive transmission of advanced techniques and give a test session to one of the facilitators — an essential step toward becoming an approved and certified Tibetan Pulsing session giver.

The New Mind Waves

A unique transmission of twenty-four different advanced seven-step processes that penetrates the subconscious nervous system, opening the space to develop from survival to transformation and thriving. Like the Intensive, it can be joined as a standalone self-healing journey, without necessarily continuing to Teacher Training.

The Teacher Training

The culmination of the path, preparing practitioners to transmit Tibetan Pulsing as facilitators and teachers.

Together, these pillars build both personal transformation and professional grounding.
The Teacher Training is as well an individual ripening – according to the skills and maturity of the trainee – individually mentored, supported and guided by a trainer.

Outcomes
