Meet the Team

Three pulses, one transmission — a living friendship and shared devotion to Tibetan Pulsing, where healing, meditation, and presence meet in the aliveness of the pulse beat

We are three practitioners —
Raam Anand (Paridis), Ma Deva Yashodhara, and Kai Anand — united by a shared devotion to Tibetan Pulsing and decades of practice, transformation, and service

Each of us arrived through a unique doorway — meditation, healing arts, feminine wisdom and the fire of life experience — yet our paths converge in one transmission. Together, we hold the Tibetan Pulsing Academy as a welcoming space for healing, meditation, and the awakening of human potential.

Our diversity is our strength

What binds us is a common ground of trust in the transmission we serve — Tibetan Pulsing — and a living friendship built on years of walking the path together.

In a work as layered and subtle as this, the container matters. Transmission does not happen in isolation — it moves through the living field created when intention, clarity, and love align.

We have grown as a team not only by practicing together, but by navigating the terrain of personal shadow, creative collaboration, and shared purpose.

To guide others into such depth, we believe the guides themselves must be in tune — not perfectly alike, but harmonized. Like the body’s own energy circuits, when attuned, each voice, each presence, each pulse amplifies the whole.

Together, we offer not just a technique, but a living, breathing Temple space — where healing becomes possible, silence becomes nourishment, and the brilliance of being can return to the surface.

We are honored to walk with you.

Raam Anand (Paridis)

From engineering manager to Osho disciple, Raam’s journey led him into becoming a healer of many arts, a seven year training with Shantam Dheeraj and decades of teaching Tibetan Pulsing worldwide.

In 1986, Raam Paridis made a life-changing decision to leave his career as an engineering manager and dedicate himself fully to inner exploration. He moved to Poona, India, joining the commune of his Master, Osho — a turning point that marked the beginning of his deep dive into healing and transformation.

His journey began with chakra reading, energy healing, and past life regression in 1987, followed by certification as a Master Teacher in Osho Neo Reiki in 1989. The same year, he trained in massage and liquid bodywork, deepening his understanding of the body–mind connection.

Raam then came across Tibetan Pulsing, where he trained intensively for seven years with the founder Shantam Dheeraj (1990 -1997).From 1994,he was part of the core group assisting Dheeraj in the development of the 28-day seminar series the New Mind Waves.

Since 1998, Ram has been facilitating Tibetan Pulsing worldwide. In 2010 together with fellow facilitators,he co-created an 8 day process called Unison, expanding Tibetan Pulsing into a spine and foot reflex work

Deva Yashodhara

Philosopher, energy worker, and facilitator of Tibetan Pulsing retreats for women, Yashodhara brings presence, feminine wisdom, and trust in the flowering of Shakti.

With a degree in Philosophy and a background as an experiential trainer in social and organizational contexts, Ma Deva Yashodhara shifted her path in 1999 toward embodied, holistic approaches to healing and transformation.

Her work integrates Shiatsu, Qi Gong, Donna Eden Energy Medicine, Trauma Release Exercises (TRE), and Sahasi Breast Care Therapeutic Massage — all pathways that root her in energy and body-based approaches. At the heart of her path lies Tibetan Pulsing, which she has embraced both as a personal journey of awakening and as a powerful offering to others.

She co-facilitates the Tibetan Pulsing Seven Steps Process (The Wave) and the 48-Day Tibetan Pulsing Intensive, guiding participants into deep renewal and integration. Through many years of working with women on an energetic level, and through her own initiatory life passages, she brings sensitivity to the flowering of feminine qualities and the awakening of Shakti potential.

Based on the ancient island of Sardinia, she travels throughout Italy, Europe, and India, offering individual sessions, seminars, and retreats — sharing the profound and vibrant transmission of Tibetan Pulsing. Her work supports both women and men in awakening their Shakti potential — the vital, creative force that restores clarity, vitality, and wholeness.

Kai Anand

“Heilpraktiker” (healing practitioner), tantric healer, and senior Tibetan Pulsing practitioner. With more than three decades of experience, Kai Anand brings depth, clarity, and compassionate presence to Tibetan Pulsing work.

After completing his school education, Kai Anand travelled to India for the first time — a journey that quietly set the direction of his life. Returning to Germany, he experienced conventional life as deeply disconnected from what felt essential and alive. This inner dissonance led him to dedicate himself fully to meditation and healing.

He completed three years of training in natural medicine, studying a wide range of therapeutic approaches including acupuncture, hypnosis, past life regression, phytotherapy, and homeopathy. After receiving his Heilpraktiker license, he worked in several natural health clinics, gaining broad clinical experience.

In India, Kai encountered Osho’s meditation and the meditative field surrounding his work, which deeply influenced his inner orientation and understanding of awareness. During this period, he deepened his experience in chakra work, tantric energy healing, and past life regression, and later became a certified Master Teacher in Osho Neo Reiki.

Shortly after this phase, Kai Anand encountered Tibetan Pulsing through a moment of deep recognition — a sense of déjà vu – of remembering something ancient and familiar. He entered the training and committed himself to seven years of intensive training under the guidance of Shantam Dheeraj, accompanying the formative period in which Tibetan Pulsing took shape in its contemporary form. During these years, he co-led New Mind seminars and guided both individual and group-based trauma and nervous system healing processes.

Since 1992, Kai Anand has lived and worked at Parimal – Gut Hübenthal, a former Osho commune. Over the years, Parimal has grown into an international spiritual village and seminar centre, where Kai maintains his own natural healing practice alongside his teaching and facilitation work.

Since 2001, the Tibetan Pulsing training has taken place at Parimal, which Kai has co-facilitated together with Prabhuta — Shantam Dheeraj’s former partner — and other senior practitioners. Parimal remains a living field of practice, healing, and inner exploration and attracts participants from around the world.

During the winter months, Kai Anand lives on a secluded peninsula in South Goa, India, where he offers individual retreats focused on deep rest, integration, and nervous system regeneration.

His work is characterised by simplicity, precision, and warmth. He works directly with the nervous system, trauma patterns, and life energy, creating spaces in which relaxation, awareness, and healing can naturally unfold. For Kai, Tibetan Pulsing — like the fragrance of a rose — cannot truly be explained. It must be experienced.
