Overview
Every experience we go through in life leaves a trace in the nervous system.
Moments of fear, anger, shock, or grief imprint themselves as electrical charges in the body. Over time these charges shape our emotional reactions, our mental attitudes, and the way we perceive ourselves and the world.
The Tibetan Pulsing Intensive was created as a direct way to work with these imprints at their root, through the capability of the nervous system itself.
The Intensive is neither simply a retreat, nor only a training.
It is a precise and continuous process where the nervous system can release accumulated charges and restore its natural functioning.
Focus of the Retreat
During the Intensive we address the nervous system through its electrical circuits.
Each day opens the frequency of one organ, revealing how that particular circuit expresses itself in:
- emotional patterns
- mental attitudes
- bodily tensions
The work follows the rhythm shown in the frequency of the earth, as reflected in the Tibetan Pulsing calendar and the Eye Map used in Tibetan Eye Reading.
The Work
Through specific bodywork positions, giver and receiver connect pulse-to-pulse, allowing the electrical circuits of the nervous system to discharge tensions that may have been stored for years, and even lives.
What unfolds is not a mental process but a biological and energetic rebalancing of the system itself.
Through pulsing sessions, active meditations, teachings, tuned music, and specific transmissions, participants enter a somatic experience where stored negativity gradually dissolves as the nervous system begins to transform itself into increasing clarity, fearlessness, love and bliss.
An essential element of this work is the group field.
When many people connect through the pulse simultaneously, a phenomenon traditionally referred to as the Dragon effect may arise — an amplification of the life force where transformation happens more easily and with surprising depth.
As the negative electrical charges release, perception itself begins to shift. The habitual structures of the ego start losing their grip, revealing a more direct sense of being — simple, alive, and free from past conditioning.
For this reason, the Intensive is sometimes described as an “ego-cracker”: a process that is loving, grounded, and at the same time remarkably powerful.
