Deva Yashodhara
Prerequisites: None

Two intimate evening gatherings for women dedicated to Tibetan Pulsing for Women, together with the possibility to receive individual sessions during the same weekend.

The evenings will focus especially on two important centres of the female energetic system: the heart and the ovaries, working with the emotional and energetic charges connected to these circuits.

These centres are deeply connected to feminine vitality, emotional openness and the capacity to love.

By working with these centres, the body gradually reconnects with its natural vitality, openness and capacity to bloom.

Tibetan Pulsing is a heart-centered
tantric bodywork that releases stored tension in the nervous system
and awakens a living inner pulse of awareness, bringing vitality, centeredness and inner quietness.

It belongs to a right-hand tantric tradition, where the body and vital energy are approached as a doorway to awareness, healing and inner transformation.

In Tibetan Pulsing, emotional patterns are understood as electrical charges held within the nervous system.

The work supports the release of accumulated tension and emotional holding, creating more softness, vitality and connection with oneself.

The evenings can be attended individually or as a two-evening journey.
